From the moment of his first exhi­bi­tion at the Palais de l’Europe in Le Tou­quet, Alain Godon’s paint­ings still attract and fas­ci­nate; his style is dif­fi­cult to label with a tru­cu­lence, a live­li­ness and a fresh­ness per­me­at­ing his art with cheer­ful happiness.
