W hat hap­pens when you put an artist’s point of view and iconic land­marks together? You get the Archi­tec­ture Col­lec­tion: a series of whim­si­cal inter­pre­ta­tions of these urban icons by artist Alain Godon. Godon has been work­ing on this series of iconic paint­ings for the past five years. Clearly Godon is a visual nar­ra­tor and mas­ter of colour. He is able to cap­ture the essence of a city and his play­ful imag­i­na­tion infuses his work with expres­sive lines and rich, vivid colours.
